Our client, a leading industry pioneer, is seeking an experienced Group Talent & Leadership Programme Lead with strong strategic leadership and advisory skills to join the team.

Summary of the role and key responsibilitiesThis is a highly strategic role at the forefront of building the Group’s talent ecosystem.

As Group Talent, Leadership and Programmes Lead, you will lead the development and execution of scalable talent programmes that attract, engage and nurture future-ready talent pipelines for the organisation’s community.

Working across local and international markets, you will partner with universities, regulatory bodies, corporates and research institutions to create high‑impact initiatives that drive long‑term talent sustainability.

The role combines strategic programme design, stakeholder engagement and community building, alongside hands‑on delivery – from developing innovative sourcing strategies to implementing structured development programmes, assessing impact through data, and enhancing the overall talent experience through career guidance and ecosystem connectivity

Key skills required

• High‑calibre talent professional with a strong track record in programme management, talent development and stakeholder engagement within complex, fast‑paced environments
• The ideal candidate will bring deep passion for nurturing all-level talents and demonstrated experience designing and scaling impactful programmes, underpinned by strong commercial thinking and data-driven decision making
• Possess excellent relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, and demonstrate the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across sectors
• Strong communication, presentation and project management capabilities are essential, alongside the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.
• Combined with multilingual proficiency (English, Putonghua and Cantonese), will be highly advantageous.
