Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and professional Human Resources Executive to support the full spectrum of HR operations for our Hong Kong office. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of day-to-day HR functions, with a heavy emphasis on compensation & benefits (C&B) administration, employee lifecycle management, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, possesses deep knowledge of Hong Kong labor practices, and demonstrates the utmost discretion and accuracy.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant HR Manager title.
Key Responsibilities

- Payroll & Compensation Administration
- End-to-End Payroll: Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processes accurately and on time, including salary payments, tax filings (IR56 series), final settlements, and MPF contributions.
- Statutory Compliance: Prepare and submit government-mandated documentation and statutory payroll reports.C&B Support: Assist with the annual salary review process, bonus program administration, and corporate benefits scheme renewals to ensure market competitiveness.
- Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality and absolute accuracy in all compensation and benefits data management.

- HR Data & Analytics
- Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly payroll and HR analytics reports to drive data-backed business decisions.HRIS Management: Ensure all employee records and organizational data are kept fully up to date within the HRIS platform.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Generate custom reports and data extractions as requested by management.

- Employee Lifecycle & Operations
- Lifecycle Management: Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, company orientations, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies, ensuring consistent application and compliance across teams.
- Team Support: Provide daily administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, maintenance of digital/physical personnel files, and scheduling.

- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Morale Initiatives: Support initiatives and company events aimed at enhancing employee engagement, workplace morale, and talent retention.
- Internal Advisory: Act as a dependable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.

- Special Projects
- Collaborate on strategic HR projects and assignments as directed by the Regional Human Resources Director.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a solid track record in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) within Hong Kong.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and related local labor laws.
Technical Skills
- Proven proficiency in HRIS platforms and an advanced command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel for data analysis and VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables).
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical acumen, and a high level of integrity when handling confidential data.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
