Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle
- Managing the full recruitment cycle (job posting, arranging interviews).
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Conducting background checks and processing visa applications.HR Operations & Compliance
- Administering payroll, MPF, insurance, and employee benefits.
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring accurate records.
- Ensuring company policies comply with local labor laws and best practices.
- Assisting with the annual performance review and appraisal system.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Acting as the point of contact for staff inquiries.
- Organizing staff events, activities, and internal newsletters.
- Office Administration
- Overseeing workplace facilities, office supplies, and vendors.
- Providing front-desk reception services and greeting visitors.
Who You Are
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (HR + Admin).
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and understanding of international HR practices.
- An exceptional communicator and listener with high emotional intelligence, able to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Fast learner, self-motivated and detailed-minded.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
