Key Responsibilities

- HR Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and management presentations for leadership
- Support workforce planning, headcount management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Conduct data-driven analysis on hiring, retention, performance, compensation, and employee engagement

- HR Strategy & Business Support
- Support HR strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Assist in organizational design, talent planning, and HR process improvement projects
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for management discussions
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR, Finance, and business teams

- HR Operations & Programs
- Support various HR programs across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with compensation reviews, performance management, and talent-related initiatives
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting
- Support HR policy implementation and internal communications
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in HR, Business Analytics, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Consulting, or related fields
- Exceptional Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience preparing management-level presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent numerical aptitude
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Fluent in Korean and business-level English
- Preferred
- Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or Business Analytics
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing organizations
- Understanding of HR processes and organizational management
