What You Will Do
- Activate Global Talent Management Processes-You will partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Management to develop and deploy Talent Management COE processes such as performance and development planning, talent & succession management, and engagement-through HR Leaders, ensuring consistency, impact, and adoption-You will serve as COE Partner to primarily HRLT and HR Directors in assigned geography, helping them to understand the global processes and tools building their capability within those Talent Management areas, answering their questions, and solving their issues.
- Support Global Talent Management Initiatives-You will take direction from Director Global Ti Capability and Strategy, Sr. Manager and Talent Management to develop and implement components of talent management programs or projects within the Talent Management strategy-You will partner with Director Global TM Capability and Strategy, D&I Partnership Program Manager, and ERG Executive Sponsors and Leaders
- Deliver Talent and Team Interventions-You will collaborate with the Director Global TM Capability and Strategy, Intervention Lead, and L&D Partners in geographies to diagnose organizational needs and design and develop standardized and global solutions for talent & team interventions (e.g., organization design, high performming teams, and talent development).-You will partner with Director Global TM Capability and Strategy and intervention Lead to build HR capabilities to deliver applicable talent and team
- Drive Strategic Talent Insights and Organizational lmpact-You will lead the deployment of enterprise- aligned talent and team assessments in collaboration with the L&D Center of Excellence (e.g, executive leadership assessments, team effectiveness diagnostics, strategic talent reviews) to generate actionable insights that inform high-impact talent strategies and organizational interventions.-You will collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Talent Management and the lntervention Lead to establish robust evaluation frameworks.
- Build Talent Management Capabilities-You will ensure consistent and high-impact execution of global tools, frameworks, and processes by enabling and supporting HR Leaders and senior business leaders in applying them within their contexts.-You will partner with the Director Global TM Capability and Strategy (and with HR Leaders and senior business leaders for functional competencies) in the development, implementation, and governance of leadership and functional competency frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
-You with Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial OrganizationalPsychology, Organizational Development, or Business-You with 6 or more years of experience in progressive HRBP or Talent Management roles (within a variety of disciplines [including Organizational Design and Development, training, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management])-You with experience working in large, complex global organizations working with HR Leaders and consulting with business leaders to apply interventions that align to business needs with COE frameworks.
Experience applying consulting skills to think quickly and tailor their approach for maximum impact.-You with experience partnering with ERGs for program delivery and governance
