Sales & Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily office operations, sales coordination, inventory, and basic finance tasks. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Zoho CRM, order processing, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle office administration, calls, emails, and supplies
• Process sales orders and maintain records in Zoho CRM
• Coordinate deliveries, couriers, and track orders
• Manage client communication, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Monitor stock levels, prepare orders, and manage inventory
• Track invoices, payments, and petty cash
• Follow up on outstanding payments (accounts receivable)
• Support purchase orders, shipments, and supplier coordination

Requirements

• Experience in operations / admin / sales coordination
• Proficiency in Zoho, Excel, Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management & accounting
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour

Experience

• Zoho Books: 2 years (Required)
