About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanical Technicians to support maintenance operations within a prestigious business aviation environment at Geneva Airport.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing maintenance team working on executive and private aircraft in a dynamic operational environment.
The role involves both line and base maintenance activities, supporting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft mechanical maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations Carry out aircraft servicing and defect rectification Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery activities when required Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with EASA Part 145 regulations and company procedures Apply service bulletins, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation correctly Ensure all maintenance records and documentation are accurately completed Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and operational teams Maintain compliance with all safety and quality procedures Candidate
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Aircraft Mechanical Technician Experience within business aviation, executive jets, or VIP aircraft maintenance preferred Experience on Falcon aircraft highly desirable Other business jet experience also considered (Pilatus, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, etc.) Good understanding of EASA Part 145 maintenance environment Experience in line and/or base maintenance operations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment Flexible and team-oriented attitude Own tools preferred Mandatory

- EU passport holders or candidates with valid Swiss work authorization only Must be eligible for airport security clearance Ability to provide complete and documentable 5-year employment/background history Criminal record documentation may be required for airport badge processing
