About the Role
As an Account Support Executive, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of our commercial team by supporting the end-to-end deal lifecycle within a defined sales territory.
You will act as a key connector between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal, ensuring deals progress smoothly, compliantly, and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and confidence working with both internal stakeholders and customers.
You will support the execution of strategic and complex deals, balancing rigorous compliance requirements with evolving client needs—helping drive operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution & Monitoring: Track new and renewal deals, ensuring timely progression and alignment with internal milestones- Process & Dashboard Management: Monitor procurement, invoicing, and key processes (POs, access extensions, documentation aging, etc.)- Delinquency Resolution: Partner with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and outstanding payments- Customer Communication: Engage with customers on renewals, contract discussions, and deal-related matters- Contract Support: Assist with contract preparation, review, and redlining for new and renewal business- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to structure and execute complex deals- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes- Problem Solving & Advisory: Provide guidance on policies and processes to support effective decision-making- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and provide insights to support business decisions
Requirements
