Responsibilities
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day on-line operations and content management for Vans Korea eCommerce. This is responsible of overseeing products getting to their end destination (product registration, product photo shooting, product overviews..etc) content management incl. banner & PDP creations and rotations, CS management, inventory management, and fulfillment management across the eCommerce channels.
The role predominantly supports the eCommerce team, with some cross-functional work with Product, Sales and Marketing teams located in Korea along with ROA DTC & eCommerce team located in Singapore.
This role requires strong communication, excellent coordination, and clear understanding of logistics and the ability to understand and transcend Brand DNA to consumer and partners alike.
Support eCommerce team as needed through operations management.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Execute product registration process in eCommerce site & 3rd party marketplaces in coordination with external agencies.
Be the lead person to plan and schedule product photo shooting in Korea in conjunction with ROA eCommerce team.
Work with the translating agency to translate product copies from ROA eCommerce team.
Responsible for upload of product copy and photography for product detail pages.
Perform QA checks on product details and imagery prior to go-live.
Responsible for timely product launches in accordance with product launch dates.
(Close partnership with ROA DTC Buying/Allocation team).
Optimize browse grid performance through sequencing products.
Coordinate & develop eCommerce content creation (product photo, banners) with the vendors & relevant teams for eCommerce site & 3rd party marketplaces.
Execute banner upload cycle following seasonal GTM plan for eCommerce site & 3rd party marketplaces.
Handle customer service-related issues working with external CS vendor.
(customer inquiries, inclusive of deliveries, CS returns, defects..etc)
Manage weekly fulfillment forecast to ops team for 3PL labor allocation.
Track the best sellers and overall eCommerce inventory level to communicate inventory replenishment needs to ROA DTC Allocation team.
Check and confirm payment deposits for eCommerce site and 3rd party marketplaces on weekly basis.
Support eCommerce executives to develop/improve site UX/UI.Support eCommerce team as needed through operations management.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:Minimum Relevant Experience: 2-3yrs of Ecommerce experience.
Operation experience preferred -Experience in operating Brand.com platform is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Team player and the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented and agile
Bold and creative thinking
Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytics and critical thinking combined with operational excellence.SAP and/or Tableau is a plus.
