Job Purpose
Lead the Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP process through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration across local, region, and central teams to service proper demand, supply, & inventory level to secure business, and operational excellence alignment with business direction and consistency with market trend.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Planning
- Prepare and lead series of S&OP cycle meetings (Demand review meeting, S&OP meeting) and manage all planning system and process related process with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Finance teams to align forecasts with sales targets and budget objectives
- Develop and manage sales forecasts based on promotional plans, historical sales performance, and market trends
- Identify potential opportunities and risks, facilitating cross-functional reviews and translating outcomes into forecast assumptions
- Manage rolling forecasts and maintain planning systems, including Future Master, for sell-out channels
- Review sales and forecast performance, analyze variances, and identify key forecast drivers in partnership with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy
- Supply Planning & PO Management
- Be responsible in appropriate purchasing plan to ensure on time supply
- Manage purchase plan based on sales opportunity, target, and budget
- Proceed regular replenishment and new launched item orders with close work with business teams and central supply team
- Manage the report and working file Month closing Inv., sales actual, In-transit and Back orders
- Process and System Development
- Play a key user role in SCM and Operation process set up for any new system and process development and implementation
- Support continuous improvement of processes and systems related Supply Chain and Operation
- Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required
- Inventory Management
- Be responsible for inventory target of aggregate level and safety stock of SKU level
- Manage stock projection and sales loss analysis with racking root cause
- Identify and analyze OOS, Excess & Obsolete risk with actual sales progress vs. forecast, and communicate with stakeholder to make action plan
- KPI Management
- Manage KPIs; forecast accuracy, inventory quality and coverage target management, scrap target management, and deliver
- Develop local process and report to improve work efficiency and KPIsJob Requirement
- University degree is required
- Business Administration or Logistic or International Trade or Supply Chain
- At least 5 - 6 years of working experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain
- Experience working in consumer industry preferred
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP or Navision) system preferred
- Experience in FMCG forecasting and demand planning is highly desirable
