Position: e-Commerce Executive
Reporting To: e-Commerce Manager
Market Coverage: Koreae-Commerce Executive drives online sales growth and enhances the digital customer journey by managing daily e-Commerce operations, including product launches, merchandising, and sales analysis.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners to align local initiatives with RIMOWA’s global strategy.
Using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, the role tracks KPIs, optimizes campaigns, and manages inventory to ensure smooth operations.
The key focus is to strengthen RIMOWA’s digital presence and deliver an engaging online experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operations & Stock Control
Manage the sales reports about the e-Commerce website on daily and weekly basis.
Review sales figures to guarantee the accuracy and precision of the data.
Manage daily e-Commerce operations including orders, returns, and customer service.
Oversee transactions, ensuring all transactions have received the necessary approvals abiding by Brand policies and procedures.
Operate and monitor tools (e.g., SOM, SFCC, Power BI) to ensure operational efficiency.
Manage inventory planning, ordering, allocation, and forecasting for new collections and packaging.
Ensure smooth daily order fulfilment with warehouse & logistics partner and work closely with internal stakeholders such as CS, Accounting and Logistics.
Monitor healthy stock level by liaising with retail and supply chain department.
Digital Marketing
Support planning and execution of performance marketing activities in liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure e-Commerce contents are presented with quality and accuracy on the Brand Website and verify all the merchandised product aligned with the campaigns.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, promotional impact, and competitor activity.
Business Management
Provide operational leadership required to achieve RIMOWA Korea’s e-Commerce related business objectives and goals.
Provide prompt support on e-Commerce related topics upon inquired by local CS.Examine the sales details regularly in stock level, and report issues to the management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital commerce, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-Commerce operations, preferably at Luxury brands
Fluent verbal and written communication both in Korean and English
Good understanding of digital marketing, online sales strategies, and consumer engagement plans
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
