Reservation Agent

We are urgently seeking a highly organized and guest-focused Reservation Agent to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant reservations via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Seven
• Rooms
• Ensure accurate guest profiles, booking details, and table allocations.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with the hostesses and restaurant management team to optimize seating and guest flow.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
• Assist in maximizing covers while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in restaurant reservations, hostess, guest relations, or front office within upscale dining, luxury/lifestyle dining venues
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as Seven
• Rooms, Open
• Table, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
