Join Interactive – Where People Matter MostWe’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to manage our front desk in St Leonards. From welcoming guests, coordinating events and keeping the office running smoothly, no two days are the same - you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience Maintain office presentation and daily operations Support reporting, expense reconciliation and events Provide admin support across People & Culture and the business Coordinate staff travel bookings
• What We’re Looking For Experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role Strong customer service mindset and proactive approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Professional communication and presentation Availability to work rostered shifts Monday
• Friday between 7:30am – 5:00pm
