Job Summary

Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including answering calls, dispatching requests and following up to ensure guest satisfaction

Handle guests' inquiries in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations

Engage with guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience

Overnight shifts are required

Job Requirement

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline

Relevant experience in hotel is preferred

Good communications skills, service-oriented

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Fresh graduate will also be considered
