ABOUT THE ROLE
Bay Area Graphics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Foster City. You'll be part of the team — keeping inventory accurate, product moving, and the warehouse running smoothly from receiving through shipping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forklift Operation
- Safe operation of forklift for loading, unloading, and moving product throughout the facility.
- Receiving
- Inspect, count, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders; flag discrepancies promptly.
- Organization
- Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse with clearly labeled and accessible storage locations.
- Inventory
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Shipping
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately with correct labeling and documentation.
- Driving
- On occasion driving BAG van – pick up and delivering to customers.REQUIREMENTS ✓ Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)✓ 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience✓ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods✓ Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team✓ Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
- NICE TO HAVE + Experience with warehouse management software (WMS)+ Familiarity with printing or graphics industry materials+ Experience with RF scanners or barcode systems+ Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
