HSE Officer - Immediately Joiner

Job Title: HSE Officer – Villa Construction ProjectsWe are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join our construction team for villa projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.

Key responsibilities typically include risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety audits, incident investigations, and maintaining HSE documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in villa or residential construction projects
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and UAE regulations
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Monitor work-at-height, excavation, lifting, and other high-risk activities
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and safety documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters
