UAE City: Abu Dhabi Industry: Construction Function: Engineering Salary: 22000-28000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Assist project leadership in implementing site-specific environmental safety health programs aligned with Parsons ESHARP framework. * Support senior construction representatives in identifying and controlling workplace hazards affecting personnel and property. * Develop safety work plans, compliance programs, training sessions, and safety orientation initiatives. * Evaluate contractor safety performance and ensure alignment with Parsons safety culture and risk management practices. * Conduct safety audits and inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. * Prepare detailed safety inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action documentation. * Implement occupational injury reporting procedures and safety incident management processes. * Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis to prevent safety issues from recurring. * Monitor safety inspection results and incident data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies. * Represent the SH and E program manager during safety inspections and site reviews. * Supervise emergency response teams and coordinate first aid services during workplace incidents. * Prepare and review occupational safety statistics, reports, and safety performance presentations. * Support safety orientation programs for new employees and oversee ongoing safety training initiatives. * Review risk assessments for upcoming construction activities and support safety planning procedures.
Ideal Profile * Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or related engineering discipline. * Minimum 12 years of experience in construction safety management within infrastructure and building projects in the Middle East. * At least 4 years of experience working in a supervisory safety role within construction supervision or project management environments. * Strong knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi occupational safety regulations including ADOSH System Framework. * Experience implementing safety programs in infrastructure and building construction environments. * Valid UAE driving license required.
