Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound processing, sorting, packing, and inventory counting.
Allocate manpower and equipment resources effectively based on business fluctuations to ensure KPI targets for order processing timeliness and accuracy are met.
Process Execution & Optimization: Strictly monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regularly identify operational gaps.
Propose process improvements tailored to local operational challenges to continuously reduce error and damage rates, enhancing overall warehouse turnover efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage daily operations, performance assessments, and skills training for frontline operators and team leaders.
Establish effective communication mechanisms, handle employee relations properly, and foster a positive work environment to improve team stability and execution.
Inventory Control & Safety: Lead periodic inventory counts and discrepancy analysis to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records.
Strictly enforce 5S management and workplace safety standards, conducting regular hazard inspections to prevent major safety incidents.
Exception Handling & Coordination: Respond quickly to and resolve on-site emergencies (e.g., system failures, cargo damage, customer complaints). Serve as the key on-site liaison to efficiently coordinate with domestic headquarters, logistics carriers, and local functional departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: College degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse management, with at least 1-2 years of team leadership experience.
Language
Skills
Fluent in English (working language). Basic Chinese communication skills are preferred;
Technical Skills
Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis). Familiar with e-commerce warehouse inbound/outbound logic and inventory control methods.
Management Capabilities: Strong on-site control and stress management abilities.
Adaptable to local Philippine communication culture and skilled in motivating frontline staff.
