• What You ll DoProvide attentive, friendly, and efficient service while responding promptly to guest needs and requests
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and current restaurant promotions
• Accurately enter guest orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate special requests or modifications to the culinary team
• Stay current on all food and beverage offerings, including menu updates and sold-out items, to ensure accurate guest communication
• Deliver food and beverage items promptly, accurately, and with attention to presentation standards
• Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Process guest payments accurately using proper cash handling and accounting procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service station at all times
• Partner with kitchen and bar teams to support smooth, efficient service flow
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment while upholding service standards The Nitty Gritty
• Minimum 1 year of server experience in a high-volume event operation
• Strong guest service skills with a warm, professional, and engaging approach
• Supply Management with weekly availability for shifts.
• Shifts are scheduled as needed.
• There is no guarantee of hours in a given week.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Necessary State Food Handler s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
