Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager position based in Causeway Bay. The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow and an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities include supervising front-of-house staff, coordinating reservations, overseeing floor operations, assisting with staff scheduling, and supporting inventory management. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, capable of performing effectively under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong enthusiasm for wine is essential, as the role includes contributing to the development of a loyal wine-focused clientele and enhancing the restaurant’s overall beverage program.

Fluency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin is required to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
