Job Description
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be supporting the guest services and admission operation in Ocean Park Corporation (both Ocean Park and Water World) by performing duty at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area.
He/she has to be knowledgeable to the related systems and procedures to ensure effective executions on the aspects of admission control, ticket sales and transaction consolidation, as well as handling guest enquiries and services as to provide holistic guest service experience, and complete any additional tasks required by the superior.
Requirements
Degree in hospitality or general discipline
At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry and guest-oriented jobs
Flexible and decisive with strong problem-solving ability
Experience in operation of ticketing and admission system
Maintain confidentiality, respect and observe company protocols
High adaptable to change and fast pace operations
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office programs
