THE ROLE

As Founding Operations Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Cheongdam Liquor while helping establish the systems, standards, and culture that will define the business.

You will be entrusted with significant autonomy and responsibility, acting as the operational leader of the venue when ownership is not on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily venue operations and service execution
• Manage and mentor hospitality staff
• Maintain operational standards and guest experience excellence
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relations, and cost controls
• Monitor sales performance and profitability
• Coordinate VIP guest services and special events
• Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
• Train team members and build a high-performance culture

• Korean language required
