This role sits within the Business Partnership & Channel Development function and offers the opportunity to contribute to Starbucks’ growth by bringing partnership and channel strategies to life. With a primary focus on corporate sales, it drives revenue by building strong relationships with new and existing corporate customers, delivering an excellent customer experience, and supporting operational excellence.
The role also supports co-marketing and sales initiatives across key partner channels, including delivery, e-commerce, digital wallets, loyalty partnerships, gifting, and B2B merchandise. It offers exposure to campaign execution, new channel integration, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Corporate Sales 1) Drive corporate sales successGrow sales revenue by managing existing client accounts and developing new corporate opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Stay current on catering industry trends and developments.
Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
Lead seasonal corporate sales campaigns (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year, mid-year festivities), from planning to in-market execution.2) Run day-to-day corporate sales operationsManage client correspondence and end-to-end processing of corporate orders (e.g. Starbucks cards, merchandise, bulk food and beverage orders), ensuring timely fulfilment.
Liaise with Finance on invoicing, payments, and month-end reporting.
Own monthly KPI reporting and dashboards for the corporate sales function.
Channel Development3) Support business partnership developmentSupport the identification and evaluation of new external business partnerships that drive incremental revenue.
Assist in managing partner relationships post-launch, including regular performance reviews and identifying new opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of channel and partnership initiatives.4) Manage project integration of new channelsSupport end-to-end integration of new business channels, including commercial scoping, stakeholder alignment, and go-live execution.
Manage the channel pipeline for current and prospective partnerships, tracking progress through to operational readiness.
Work with IT to assess technical feasibility, translate business needs into actionable briefs, and ensure timely resolution of technical dependencies.
Maintain clear documentation of integration milestones, timelines, and key decisions for stakeholder visibility.
