The Role

- Responsible for outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound interest

What You'll Do
- Prospect into target accounts through outbound channels including email, phone, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales meetings
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across engineering and security teams
- Schedule and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline in CRM
- Personalize outreach messaging based on target accounts and personas
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and campaigns
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in research and outreach
What We're Looking For
Required
- 6-24 months of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of motivation and competitiveness
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical sales environments
- Exposure to outbound prospecting or lead generation
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle sales role
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 to $100,000
- On-target earnings: $90,000 to $130,000
