Being able to understand the pains and problems of companies and presenting the value proposition accordingly, generating confidence and helping them understand the value of working with top freelancers and Shakers.
Executing Account-Based actions to generate successful projects and the responsibility of building and maintaining a stable relationship with top clients to identify new opportunities.
Reporting, metrics, and analytics: Analytical and retrospective capability. Reporting your activities on a weekly basis and your key objectives achieved.
Drawing insights and conclusions at the end of each week. Prepare and guarantee weekly and monthly sales forecast. Including account plans for your clients and strategic prospection. Including account plans for your clients and strategic prospection.
What we´re looking forYou´re a great fit if you...2-7 years of work experience, in technology consulting, in sales in the tech sector of high AOV products or in startups/scaleups.
Strong "hunting" and “farming” ability to develop a customer portfolio.
Ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales. Familiarity with technical sector jargon. A degree in engineering or a technical background as a plus.
Knowledge and interest in the startup ecosystem.
Great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
Strong conviction and results-oriented.
Data driven profile 📈Proactivity & ownership.
Strong persuasion skills. You make things happen!
Creativity, every client is a new approach and a challenge for you.
Own portfolio of contacts on the C-level is highly appreciated. What's in it for you?
Compensation 💰The salary range for this position is between 52.500€ and 78.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.
The salary consists of:
Between 30.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salaryUp to 3.400€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (7.5%)Uncapped commissions.
