Key Responsibilities
- You will play an important role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients.
- You will contact potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives via calls and emails.
Your responsibilities will include
- New Business (Outbound)
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
- Sales Cycle & Closing
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
- Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.📋
Required Skills And Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on SMBs — this is a hunter role with high outreach activity, including high-volume cold calling.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.EU work permit is a must.

- Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions.
- Has worked in fast-growing tech startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Doofinder) or digital retail solutions.
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
