The Senior Customer Success Manager (APAC) is responsible for building strong client relationships and driving long-term customer success across the Asia-Pacific region. This role serves as a strategic partner to key accounts, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives while maximizing the value of products and services.
The position manages the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, account planning, adoption, retention, and renewal support. The Senior Customer Success Manager works closely with customers to understand business priorities, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes.
Acting as the primary point of contact, this role coordinates with internal teams including sales, product, and support to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
This role also monitors account health, tracks customer feedback, and proactively manages risks to strengthen satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The Senior Customer Success Manager contributes to process improvement by sharing customer insights, supporting internal initiatives, and helping optimize the overall customer experience across the region.
