Your new companyOur client is a growing self-storage business seeking a hands on Sales Manager to drive revenue and performance across its NSW network. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead a team to improve sales, conversion, and customer experience.
Your new role
- Own overall sales performance and revenue outcomes
- Set and track KPIs (conversion, occupancy, revenue)
- Implement AI strategies to improve performance
- Identify opportunities across pricing, upsell, lead management, and retention
- Manage and develop call centre team (coaching, rostering, performance)
- Provide sales coaching and training to Store Managers across all sites
- Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture
- Use HubSpot CRM to track pipeline, performance, and reporting
- Analyse conversion, enquiry, and occupancy data to drive decisions
- Deliver regular insights and recommendations to leadership
- Contribute to pricing and sales strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Improve end-to-end sales processes from lead to move-inWhat you’ll need to succeed
- Proven Sales Manager (ideally managing call centre + field/store teams)
- Strong CRM (HubSpot preferred) and data analysis capability
- Track record of coaching high-performing sales teams
- Commercially minded with experience driving growth and targets
- Interest in using AI tools to improve performance
- Hands-on, driven, and accountable leader
- Strong communicator and problem-solver
