The Role
Lead Victory Lap's Sales Development function, owning both talent development (our bootcamp) and client delivery (our outsourced SDR teams). You'll build the engine that creates A-player SDRs while ensuring our clients get consistent pipeline results.
This is a rare hybrid role: part training leader, part sales manager, part revenue driver.

- Run monthly sales bootcamp: Lead live training sessions (1 week/month, 2 hours/day)
- Develop curriculum and winning plays that accelerate SDR ramp time
- Curate top performers for Victory Lap placements and client teams
- Build scalable training programs that consistently produce quota-crushing reps
- Team Management & Coaching
- Manage outsourced SDR teams (currently 15 reps, scaling up
- Provide hands-on coaching, skill development, and performance support
- Help reps build confidence and capability week-over-week
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and winning
- Client Success & Strategy
- Partner with clients to deploy the right strategy, motion, and messaging
- Ensure SDR teams deliver consistent, qualified pipeline
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Own client satisfaction and retention for Sales as a Service division
- Business Development & Brand Building
- Build go-to-market strategy to keep Victory Lap brand front-and-center
- Lead sales calls alongside CEO to win new partnerships

What You Bring
Required Experience
- 3-6 years of sales development leadership in B2B SaaSProven track record developing green sellers into quota-crushing reps
- Experience managing SDR/BDR teams (ideally 10+ reps)
- Track record delivering consistent pipeline results
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Skills & Capabilities
- Deep expertise in modern sales development methodologies (multi-channel outbound, social selling, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (you'll be teaching daily)
- Data-driven approach to performance management
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Natural relationship builder—clients, reps, and partners all love working with you
