Job Summary
The After Sales Service Manager is responsible for overseeing aftersales operations, service quality, technical support, warranty management, and customer satisfaction in the Netherlands market, while supporting European regional aftersales projects as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and improve aftersales service systems, processes, and standards for the Netherlands market.
- Manage dealer aftersales performance, including workshop operations, spare parts supply, technical capability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as CSI, warranty claim efficiency, repair quality, and service retention.
- Coordinate technical support, field issue investigations, and escalation handling.
- Conduct dealer training and aftersales performance evaluations.
- Support spare parts planning and inventory optimization together with supply chain teams.
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams on product quality feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support European aftersales operations and cross-country projects as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, warranty policies, and company standards.
- Complete other tasks and assignments arranged by supervisors and management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of aftersales experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations, warranty processes, and dealer management.
- Experience working with international automotive OEMs is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and dealer relationship management capabilities.
- Fluent in English;
- Dutch or additional European languages are advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Netherlands and Europe.
