Job Description
Responsibilities
Define and execute the operational strategy for the B2B business in alignment with overall company objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, production, procurement, logistics, customer success) and foster a performance-oriented, collaborative culture.
Serve as a member of the executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, budgeting, and KPI setting.
Own B2B revenue targets and growth plans; develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key segments and verticals.
Build, coach and scale a high-performing B2B sales organization (direct and partner channels), including KPIs, compensation plans, pipeline management, and forecasting.
