Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations.
- Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability.
- Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.
Strategic Alignment
- Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency, growth, risk reduction).
Stakeholder Management, Governance and Reporting
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and SI partners.
- Establish and drive executive-level governance (steering committees, status reporting, decision forums).
- Influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Provide clear, concise program updates to executive stakeholders.
Change & Transformation Management
- Accountability for organizational change management (OCM) efforts and assure that communication, training, and adoption strategies are in place and executed appropriately.
- Identify and mitigate change resistance and organizational risks.
- Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain program health metrics and escalation frameworks.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (e.g., ERP, S2P systems like Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba, etc..)
