Senior Project Manager - CI and Supply Chain

Senior Project Manager – Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain ConsultantLocation: Seoul or Cheonan, South Korea (either location available)We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Continuous Improvement (CI) team within Integrated Operations. This role will drive end-to-end (E2E) process excellence and lead strategic initiatives across Supply Chain and Operations.

The CI team is responsible for designing and implementing standardized processes, driving operational improvements, and leading complex global programs that enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to deliver process improvements, productivity gains, and business growth
• Drive Supply Chain and Operational excellence using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Partner with SMEs, IT, and data teams to implement process and system improvements (including ERP/SAP)
• Conduct gap analyses across people, processes, and tools to identify improvement opportunities
• Support Supply Chain transformation initiatives and process standardization efforts
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate change management to ensure successful project delivery and adoption
• Develop project charters, define scope, and track measurable outcomes
• Provide expert guidance and problem-solving for complex operational challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field8+ years of Supply Chain or Operations experience
• Proven project/program management experience with cross-functional teams
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent capability)
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP/BW preferred)
• Preferred certifications: PMP, APICS CPIM or CTSCExpertise in at least one area: Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Demand/Supply Planning, Logistics, or Customer Service
• Communication in Korean & English
