Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial domain
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of payments, retail banking, core banking, or transaction systems is preferred
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus
