Overview

An organization within the Advertising and Data Platforms space is seeking a Senior Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst to support tactical and strategic operational initiatives across engineering, product, program management, and finance teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and operational experience who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. The ideal candidate will bring advanced communication, presentation, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills while supporting leadership teams in driving execution, operational excellence, and strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between senior leadership teams to support ongoing operational initiatives and executive team coordination
• Help standardize operating models, meeting cadences, and communication processes across the organization
• Prepare executive updates, meeting materials, presentations, templates, and status communications
• Support operational programs related to resource planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and organizational reporting
• Partner with engineering, product, program, and finance leadership to support execution of strategic priorities
• Coordinate and support organizational engagement forums including town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic readouts
• Analyze operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of solutions
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
