As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into leading-edge technology solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements, design user-centric solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.A bit more about the role:

Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Facilitate workshops and define epics and user stories.

Design and test user-focused solutions across the full software delivery lifecycle.

Partner with technical experts and business leaders to drive Agile project outcomes.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology innovation.

The rights skills for the role:3–5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst (or similar).

Qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field; formal business analysis accreditation desirable.

Experience delivering Agile software projects, writing test cases and managing end-to-end testing.

Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.

Exposure to professional services or large corporate environments preferred.

Lean Six Sigma certification will be highly regarded.
