• Version Française Contexte Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), nous recherchons un Business Analyst Senior HR pour accompagner la définition et l’implémentation du Service Catalog RH.Missions principales Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers RHAnimer des ateliers et formaliser les besoins en user stories
• Concevoir et structurer le Service Catalog RHDéfinir les workflows associés aux services RHStructurer les catégories et typologies de services RHCollaborer avec les équipes techniques
• Participer aux phases de tests et validation

• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue
• Compétences requises Expertise ServiceNow HRSDExpérience Service Catalog et Record Producers
• Bonne connaissance des processus RHConnaissance ITIL appréciéeExpérience en Agile / Scrum
• Excellente communication en français
• Profil Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en Business Analysis sur ServiceNow avec une expérience sur HRSD et Service Catalog.

• English Version Context As part of the ServiceNow HRSD implementation, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of the HR Service Catalog.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and write user stories
• Design and structure the HR Service Catalog
• Define workflows related to HR services
• Structure HR service categories
• Work with technical teams
• Participate in testing and validation
• Support change management and adoption
• Drive continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSDExperience with Service Catalog and Record Producers
• Good knowledge of HR processes
• Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
• Experience in Agile / Scrum
• Strong communication skills
• Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst on ServiceNow with HRSD and Service Catalog experience.
