Responsibilities■
Responsibilities
- Manage Operations department consists of production planning team, purchas-ing team, logistics, production team and quality assurance team.
- Production Planning: take responsibility to make production plans to meet customers’ require-ments by arranging parts lead time, equipment availability and technicians’ workload.
- Make decisions “Make or Buy” to optimize QCD (Cost, Quality and Deliv-ery) by consulting with engineering team.
- Purchasing Main responsibility is supplier management, to purchase parts to meet company’s QCD requirements Takes initiative to quality control of venders.
- Develop new vender to improve QCD Logistics Manage logistics provider to stabilize QCD Warehouse management Production:
- Continue to improve technicians’ skill set to reduce manufacturing failure.
- Encourage technicians to share knowledge to level workload among teams.
