• Rate: €171 per day PAYEWe are currently partnering with a leading IT Services & Consulting organisation to recruit an ACS Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing commercial operations team that supports strategic business functions on a global scale. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting commercial initiatives, and helping deliver innovative solutions that enhance business performance and client service.

Working within an international environment, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, global teams, and operational specialists while gaining exposure to a broad range of business processes, tools, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver a high standard of operational support and customer service.
• Support the implementation and management of key operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Develop expertise across business tools, applications, and end-to-end operational processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, audit controls, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver greater value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, resolving or escalating issues where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support business objectives.
• Participate in team projects, operational activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & BackgroundBachelor's Degree required in BA3+ years' experience within operations, commercial support, business support, customer service, or client-facing environments.

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Previous experience working with international teams and remote stakeholders is highly desirable.
