Specialist, Global Retail Operations - Back of HouseAs a Specialist, Global Retail Operations (Back Of House), you will support the execution of global retail operations initiatives, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Back of House processes across markets.
Working as part of the Global Retail Operations and reporting to the Manager of the team, you will support defined Back Of House workstreams, helping to ensure processes are clear, practical, and consistently applied in stores.
You will work closely with Senior Specialists and cross‑functional partners to improve operational efficiency, reduce non‑selling activities, and enable store teams to focus more time on the customer experience.
