Job Description
- Drive and oversee business and technical project initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and align expectations with IT and business teams
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Perform analysis to enhance processes and support project improvements
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare project documentation and ensure deliverables meet business needs
- Support supervisor with contingency planning and project governance activities
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector, ideally insurance
- Proven ability to independently lead and drive end‑to‑end projects
- Strong analytical mindset with disciplined project scheduling skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable with working hours
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and familiar with SQL
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
