A fast-growing SaaS startup in Japan is looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build products transforming field operations through geospatial technology and cloud CRM platforms.
Backed by investors in Japan and the US, and partnered with Salesforce, the company develops enterprise solutions that combine GIS, GPS, and CRM technologies to improve sales engagement and field productivity. Over the past few years, the company has experienced rapid growth and is now expanding globally across the Asia-Pacific region.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop and operate Web features across multiple SaaS products
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers on UI/UX and specifications
- Propose new product features and technical improvements
- Contribute to customer-focused product experiences rather than simply implementing predefined specificationsTech Stack
- Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Redux, Recoil, Tailwind CSS, MUI
- Mapping / Visualization: DeckGL
- Backend: Java, Spring Boot, OpenAPI
- Infrastructure: Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL
- Tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Storybook, Figma, Slack, Claude CodeWhy Join
- Work with proprietary geospatial and patented stay-detection technologies
- Build products used by major enterprise clients
- Strong product retention with approximately 99% contract renewal rate

Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience with React or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Passion for building customer-centric products
- Interested in modern frontend architecture and UI/UX quality
- Motivated to continuously learn and grow as an engineer

- Experience with Java
