We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Back-End Developer (m/f/d) to help us develop robust, scalable, and secure systems that form the backbone of our digital products. You’ll work on exciting technical challenges in a collaborative environment that values clean code, smart architecture, and practical innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services, business logic, and APIs for modern web applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration and a seamless user experience.
- Optimize performance and ensure availability, scalability, and security of applications.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and help shape the long-term technology strategy.
- Define and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment workflows.

- Your Profile
- You write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in one or more back-end languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or Go.
- You’re experienced in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
- You’re familiar with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.You understand how to build systems that are secure, scalable, and maintainable—and document them clearly.
- You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders.
- You have a degree or vocational training in computer science or related fields—or equivalent hands-on experience.
