This role will help transition from ad hoc implementations to repeatable, industrialized frameworks and practices.🎯 Your mission:

• Design, build, and deploy multi-step reasoning AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
• Contribute to the industrialization of AI agent development (templates, frameworks, best practices)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions
• Collaborate with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and implement use cases
• Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable components🧠 Profile required:

Proven experience with AI/ML solutions and LLM-based applicationsHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power PlatformStrong development skills (e.g., Python, APIs, integration patterns)Experience in building scalable and production-ready applications💡 Differentiating skills:

• Experience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions
• Knowledge of prompt engineering
• Knowledge of orchestration tools and agent design patterns
• Accelerate delivery of AI Copilot agents
• Establish reusable assets and frameworks
• Enable scalable and industrialized AI agent implementation across the organization
• Exposure to financial services📍 Conditions:
