Bilingual AI /Machine Learning EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer – AI/ML (Machine Learning, AI Agents, GenAI & Agentic AI) with expertise in Machine Learning, AI Agents, Generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, and full-stack enterprise AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable AI-driven platforms, build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and work on the AI initiatives and enterprise automation.
This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on coding ability, and in guiding teams toward AI and automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Learning: Apply Machine Learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning, etc.) alongside Generative AI to deliver high-performance AI systems.AI Agents & Gen
- AI: Design and develop AI Agents using Python and AWS Bedrock-compatible technologies.
- Build multi-agent orchestration systems with hybrid LLM/SLM pipelines for parallel execution and intelligent intent routing.
- Implement guardrails, structured prompts, and response validation frameworks.RAG & Knowledge Bases
- Design and deploy RAG pipelines with vector databases.
- Build semantic search and knowledge base systems for enterprise workflows.
- Full-Stack Development
- Deliver AI platforms using the full stack AI including Python, REACT, MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js).
- Build conversational dashboards and analytics tools with React, Angular, and Tailwind CSSHands on experience with Microsoft Copilot studio for automations
- Cloud & DevOpsDeploy and monitor AI applications using AWS Cloud

- Set up observability with Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Automate workflows with Linux shell scripting and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale solutions (not just experiments or POCs)
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML/Agents/Gen
- AI/Agentic AI solutions
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Certifications in AI domains (Prompt Engineering, Lang
- Chain, Hugging Face, AWS Cloud and etc…)
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
