As a Senior Research Engineer, you will bridge research and production by transforming advanced AI concepts into scalable, high-performance systems. Working closely with research scientists, you will design and optimize training pipelines, build robust infrastructure for large-scale experimentation, and improve the efficiency of model training and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI researchers to implement and scale advanced machine learning models
- Design and optimize distributed training and inference systems
- Develop tooling and infrastructure for large-scale data processing and model experimentation
- Improve model performance, reliability, and computational efficiency
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of novel AI algorithms and architectures
- Support the deployment of research outcomes into production-ready systems
Requirements
- Experience building, training, or operating large-scale AI/ML systems
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, multimodal models, conversational AI, or other advanced machine learning systems
- Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python and PyTorchExperience with distributed computing and large-scale training environments (e.g., Deep
