Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company growth, brand awareness, and lead generation goals. Create and manage engaging content across blogs, website pages, email campaigns, case studies, social media platforms, videos, and marketing collateral while maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, GEO, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
Manage content calendars, content distribution strategies, and marketing campaigns from concept through execution. Optimize website content and digital assets for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies to enhance content creation, research, workflow efficiency, and campaign development.
Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI advancements, SEO best practices, and emerging opportunities that can strengthen the company's marketing efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, brand strategy, marketing communications, or a related role. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for multiple audiences and platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, digital analytics, lead generation, and conversion optimization. Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms within marketing workflows. Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search visibility, and evolving search behaviors.
Experience working with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, photography, or multimedia content creation. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing platforms. Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising campaigns.
Background in B2B, home services, construction, trades, or service-based industries. Understanding of AI search trends, conversational search optimization, customer journey mapping, and demand generation strategies.
