eBrands
eBrands · Shopify & Growth · D2C · Manager level · Helsinki (hybrid) Reports to: D2C Channel LeadAbout eBrandseBrands is a commerce operator and growth platform headquartered in Helsinki, scaling consumer brands across D2C, global marketplaces, and retail in Europe and North America.
We run execution end-to-end — channel operations, pricing, marketing, inventory, and fulfillment — acting as Merchant of Record across 50+ brands: ~20 we own, ~30 we operate for brand partners. Our proprietary AI and data platform, Apollo, powers every decision, and we expect everyone to build with AI as a default tool.
You'll work with leading consumer brands — category winners in their home markets — and take them to the world.
We hire for growth mindset. We test, iterate, and scale — and we expect people to get better every quarter, learn faster than the market, and treat every miss as input for the next move. If you want a playbook handed to you, this isn't the place. If you want to write it, it is.
Own the end-to-end running of every Shopify store across the eBrands D2C portfolio — both our owned brands and the partner brands we operate. You are the operational backbone of the storefronts and the bridge between the D2C channel and the rest of the business — making sure the sites are set up correctly, optimised and performing.
You sit within the D2C team at manager level, working closely with the wider team you delegate to and with our tech and data colleagues.
What you'll ownEnd-to-end ownership of every Shopify store: theme and template setup, the app stack, connectors and integrations, and day-to-day troubleshooting without needing to escalate.
Standing up new stores and markets cleanly and quickly — new brand launches and new country setups under our MoR/IoR model.
Multi-market localisation: market and locale configuration, translations, hreflang, and keeping international storefronts consistent and indexable.
The app and connector ecosystem: selecting, configuring and maintaining apps and integrations, and cutting the ones that don't earn their place.
Technical SEO and on-site optimisation: site structure, page speed, schema, redirects and indexing.
Building and iterating landing pages, content and CRO experiments — and growing a strong test-and-learn culture across the team. The Channel Lead sets the priorities against the channel target; you own the execution and the quality of the testing.
Making sure the store converts the traffic the channel is buying. You can read paid media performance — where traffic is coming from, which campaigns and audiences convert and which don't — and turn that into on-site fixes: matching landing pages to the ad that drove the click, closing drop-off points, tightening the path to checkout. Delegating well-defined work to the wider team and reviewing it to standard.
Making sure the store converts the traffic the channel is buying. You understand how paid media and campaigns land on-site, even though you are not the one running them day to day.
Using AI — Claude in particular — across the workflow: building and refining workflows, skills and automations, and bringing the team along with you. We use Claude for everything, so we want someone genuinely excited to push how far it can go.
