The reason this role exists: nobody has heard of us yet, and between now and launch the brand is the product. The voice, the story, and the face of WYLE in the market is how the right people find us and decide we are worth believing. That is a hard creative problem before it is anything else, and it is the one you would own.
Building a brand from nothing is not posting consistently. It is deciding what WYLE means in someone's head before they have tried the product, and then making them feel it in every frame, every line, every time they see us. We are premium, intelligent, and built on trust earned rather than assumed. The brand has to carry all of that without saying any of it out loud.
You would own the brand end to end:
The voice. Everything written, from a community post to website copy to a cold email, sounding like one company with one point of view.
The content. Strategy and production across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and the WhatsApp community. You decide what we make and you make it.
The camera. You are the face, almost daily. Not comfortable in front of it, good enough that people stop scrolling. This is the highest-leverage thing we do right now and it is yours to carry.
The community. The brand in conversation with the people it was built for.
Here is the part most people get wrong about a role like this. It is not a strategy seat with someone else doing the work, and it is not an execution seat waiting for a brief. You think it and you ship it. You set the direction and you are the one holding the camera.
If you have only ever done one of those, this will not fit, and that is fair.
How we work. The team is horizontal on purpose. You work directly with the founder, alongside our Growth Marketing Manager, and you own the function with no layers between you and the decisions. This is for someone who has built inside a startup before, who knows what the speed, the ambiguity, and the uncertainty actually feel like, and who wants that again as an owner rather than an employee.
If you are currently a Head of Brand, Brand Director, Content Lead, or a creator who has quietly built an audience of your own and what you actually want is to own a brand from zero and put your name on it, this is for you. If what you want is a large team and a clean brief, this is not.
The honest part. This is a founding role and it is equity-led. You come in with meaningful ownership from the start, and we are direct about the full compensation structure early in the conversation, not after you have invested your time. If you want a salary-first role with a large team around you, this is not that, and that is completely fair.
