This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between data, technology, and marketing implementation - someone who excels in the realms of Marketing Technology (Mar Tech), attribution, and AI-driven operations.

The Senior Marketing Manager will spearhead the systems and frameworks that determine how we comprehend, refine, and amplify our marketing effectiveness. You’ll collaborate extensively with product, engineering, and partner marketing teams to create the measurement frameworks, Mar Tech architecture, and operational processes that empower our team to operate quickly and effectively.

The right candidate will possess a solid track record in marketing technology and performance evaluation, merging analytical precision with a builder's mindset, and will be enthusiastic about defining the future of data-driven marketing within a diverse partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between marketing and product/engineering teams, converting marketing requirements into scalable Mar Tech specifications and coordinating across various stakeholders.
• Lead Airtable-based marketing operations, optimizing workflows and implementing AI-powered initiatives to enhance team efficiency and execution speed.
• Develop and oversee the comprehensive measurement and attribution strategy for partner marketing initiatives, linking marketing investments to key business outcomes such as partner acquisition, retention, and advertiser growth.
• Identify and manage the essential data signals and audience inputs required for ADSP-enabled, journey-based marketing at scale, including signal architecture, activation frameworks, and ongoing optimization loops.
• Work alongside product, data science, and analytics teams to enhance measurement infrastructure and extract insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Serve as the critical connection between senior marketing leadership and product teams, translating strategic objectives into clear directives and ensuring alignment among stakeholders with various priorities.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Experience in presenting results to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) context with high-tech products/services.
• Background in online advertising, marketing, sales, or digital media.
• Familiarity with testing and learning, marketing optimization, and experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in guiding and aligning large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Ability to utilize data and metrics to assess impact and identify improvements.

The position has a base salary range as follows: USA, NY, New York - 130,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD annually; USA, WA, Seattle - 118,200.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually.
